As President of Royal Pavement Solutions, I set the direction for the company and push it toward a clear, evolving vision and supporting our team so that it can perform at the highest level.
I move fast, but I’m always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether it’s a jobsite decision, a deal for clients, or an operational overhaul, I break it down and work through every detail before taking action.
Passion for excellence drives me. I hold a high standard for everyone, but for myself I hold the highest. Whatever I do, I aim to do it right, vigilant not to settle for less.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my family, teaching my kids about life, and staying competitive through anything that challenges how I think. I’m also a big sports fan, especially the Yankees.
