Founded in 2019, Royal Pavement Solutions was built on a foundation of experience, passion, and a deep respect for the asphalt industry. Our founder, Kenneth, grew up immersed in the trade, learning the craft from the ground up in his family’s asphalt paving business. From summers spent in the field to leading a paving company that sets industry standards today, Kenneth’s journey has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed.
Now, he channels that expertise into redefining the limits of the asphalt paving industry and sharing best practices as a recognized leader on the Pavement Education Advisory Board at the National Pavement Expo.

Our founder of Royal Pavement Solutions, Kenny, has been exposed to the asphalt industry since childhood. For instance, at a young age he began learning the ins and out’s while working at his family’s company. For example, summers in the field and on the ground to working full-time as a leader of the company, he’s seen firsthand what works (and what doesn’t). Now, his new mission is to redefine the current limits of the asphalt industry. Currently, he is a recognized industry leader and serves on the Pavement Education Advisory Board at the National Pavement Expo that focuses on teaching other asphalt companies best practices.
